My Services

Depth Massage-

  • Depth Massage is my unique approach to massage therapy. It’s rooted in deep listening and guided by slow, intentional strokes that progressively bring flow where there is stagnation and unwind tension in the fascia and muscles.

  • Each session is attuned to your body’s needs and preferences, blending techniques from myofascial release, Swedish, deep tissue, Ayurveda, and Tui Na.

  • Massage can induce deep relaxation, improve circulation, improve mobility in joints, relieve tension in muscles and fascia, improve your ability to receive healthy touch, improve sleep, and connect you an overall sense of wellbeing.

  • A nod to Depth Psychology, this practice views massage as a path to making conscious to what is unconsciously stored in the body.

  • This treatment is recommended for those seeking mind/body connection, grounding, resiliency, more easeful movement, and relief of pain.

Craniosacral Therapy-

  • Craniosacral therapy is a gentle approach with a profound impact. It works with the natural rhythm of the Craniosacral system to restore harmony and ease to your nervous system and body.

  • Using gentle touch and long holds, Craniosacral invites your body to unwind at its own pace.

  • Clients often experience relaxation, relief from headaches, jaw, and back pain, a clear understanding of their body/mind connection, and a renewed sense of presence.

Reiki-

  • Each Reiki session is a unique experience intended to bring grounding, balance, and harmony to your energy system.

  • Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that involves light touch and intention to direct reiki (霊気) or “divine energy” to the client. Sessions without touch are available upon request.

  • On a spiritual level, Reiki can clarify your inner wisdom, transmute unhelpful energy, and remind you of your loving wholeness. On a physiological level, Reiki can relieve pain, induce the “rest and digest” parasympathetic state, and lower cortisol levels to support the body’s natural healing process.

My Values

I believe bodywork is a doorway to loving self-connection, resiliency, and growth– first for individuals and then rippling into the collective. Holding this, I approach my work with humility, integrity, and reverence.

I am committed to creating trauma-informed spaces for deep witnessing, exploration, and transformation. With an emphasis on clear, collaborative consent, I ensure that every session is guided by your unique needs.

I welcome all bodies to my practice. I foster a safe and affirming environment for queer, trans, and non-binary folx, BIPOC, highly sensitive people, neurodivergent individuals, those experiencing chronic pain, artists, and activists.

I believe that all humans hold the key to their own growth and healing. I also recognize that humans are interdependent; we need one another as we navigate obstacles in the river of life. My intention is to serve as a witness, a respite, and a source of inspiration on your journey.

I am committed to financial accessibility. I currently offer 50% off sessions on monthly Community Days.
